To strengthen our dedicated production team, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operator (3-Shift Operation) – 100% (m/f/d) to join us immediately or by mutual agreement.
Your responsibilities
As a Production Operator, you will support our production team in manufacturing and packaging high-quality plastic products. Your main responsibilities include:
- Packaging and inspecting finished products according to specifications
- Ensuring product quality through visual and quality inspections
- Labeling, marking, and preparing products for shipment
- Supporting rework activities and product printing processes
- Sorting and processing production scrap according to defined procedures
- Checking production equipment and peripheral systems during shift handovers
- Following all quality, safety, hygiene, and work instructions
- Helping maintain cleanliness and order in the production area
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within production
Your profile
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift operation
- Good German language skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious working style
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- Physically fit and flexible
