Process Mechanic for Extrusion Blow Moulding (3-shift operation) – 100% (m/w/d)

To strengthen our dedicated production team, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Process Mechanic for Extrusion Blow Moulding (3-shift operation) – 100% (m/w/d) to join us immediately or by mutual agreement.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensuring smooth order processing
• Independent operation of machines, including monitoring of the production process and compliance with set parameters
• Performing quality checks based on inspection instructions
• Ongoing documentation and completion of production orders
• Troubleshooting on extrusion blow moulding machines
• Performing material changes and cleaning of peripheral equipment
• Coordinating the shift team (5 employees)
• Conducting shift handovers and participating in shopfloor meetings
• Requesting consumables
• Communicating relevant information in case of disruptions or deviations from the production plan to the production manager
• Training / instructing shift personnel (e.g. regarding complaints, process changes, etc.)
• Supporting the production manager in daily operations or production-related projects
• Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
• Supporting shift workers if needed
• Actively contributing to the optimisation of equipment and processes and to efficiency improvements

Your Profile

• Training as a process mechanic in the plastics industry, ideally with experience in extrusion blow moulding
• Good command of German (spoken and written)
• Willingness to work in shifts and physically fit for it
• Enjoys interacting with people (initial leadership experience is a plus)
• Strong quality awareness and sense of responsibility
• Independent and solution-oriented work style
• Enjoyment of working in a dynamic and varied environment
