Development Engineer / Project Manager – 100 % (m/f/d)

To strengthen our dedicated production team, we are looking for a reliable and motivated Development Engineer / Project Manager – 100% (m/w/d) to join us immediately or by mutual agreement.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate development tasks (internally/externally)
• Project management with responsibility for schedules, costs, and quality
• Development of extrusion blow molding parts
• Procurement of equipment and tools, from drafting specifications to sampling and qualification
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with all internal departments and experts on the customer and supplier side

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training (plastics technician, polymechanic, or designer)
• Further training as a plastics technicianIdeally, experience in extrusion blow molding
• Experience in the development and design of plastic components
• Experience in managing challenging customer projects
• Proficiency in MS Office and 3D CAD (ideally SolidWorks)
• Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in regulated environments: ISO 9001 and BRC
• Highly reliable, precise, and proactive
• Team-oriented, motivated, and responsible personality
