Fischer Söhne Extrusion AG employs up to 8 apprentices in the technical, commercial and manual fields, also with the possibility of a vocational baccalaureate. Through active supervision and support during the apprenticeship, we promote the development of young professionals and impart a broad technical knowledge in a simultaneously familiar and international environment. In addition to technical knowledge, we place great value on respectful interaction, identification with the company, motivation and reliability.
